This helps you quickly see how your macular degeneration affects your daily life. 2. Analyze progress and recognize patterns: Compare your progress over weeks, months, or years in clear graphs. Identify correlations and gain valuable insights into long-term health trends to better understand the progression of your retinal disease. 3. Set goals & stay motivated: Define personal health goals and track your progress. Stay motivated by clear successes. 4. Prepare optimally for doctor's appointments: Don't just plan your next appointments, but prepare for them step by step: Select the appointment type and receive suggestions for important questions to ask your healthcare team. A personal checklist will help you prepare. 5. Medications – even more overview: Keep track of active and past medications in separate views. Deactivate treatments without losing the history and always have "as-needed" medications readily available on the home screen. 6.
