Retain Pro adds plate-photo estimates. After sign-in and explicit consent, a meal photo returns editable calorie and macro ranges with a confidence cue—not a fake-precise answer. Check every estimate before saving. A CALM MEDICATION HISTORY Record the medication, dose, date, status, injection site, and symptoms you choose. Retain shows your history only. It never recommends a dose, injection time, or next site. ONE TIMELINE Review meals, weight, lean mass, strength, symptoms, dose, and site logs in context. Plateau and maintenance modules provide general education and observe-only checklists without telling you to change treatment. PRIVATE, PORTABLE RECORDS Progress photos use a neutral date-based timeline, never a before-and-after judgment. Export and import a complete versioned archive of your live records, including progress photos; the app labels the file sensitive and excludes demo and deleted records.
