Store description excerpt
RestiView is a simple app which allows you to create and save your own personal restaurant reviews. Build up your own library and history of reviews and then search through to find a restaurant for the next time you visit your favourite city or scroll through to find the best place suited for a particular event. The app will use your location to find the restaurant you are currently in and auto-fill the restaurant name, address, contact number and try to predict the cuisine type. You then capture what other informatio you want to add, give a rating value to 5 topics - food, service, ambiance, drinks and VFM (Value For Money). You can pick the categories that the restaurant is “good for”. Also you can capture a photo of the occasion, then save the review. This will then take you to the list view where you can scroll through all the reviews you have captured. Sort them by name or city or cuisine. Or filter them by selecting the “good for” topics. Future features will include automatic review capture. The app will ‘notice’ that you spent a reasonable amount of time at a restaurant location. Next time you open the app, if will give a notification to accept, edit or discard the automatically captured reviews. And a big new feature will be sharing reviews with friends and family. Leading to a mini social network or restaurant reviews.
