It helps you stay motivated to do what actually matters, or simply gives you permission to rest. When creating an item, you can choose whether to set a reminder or set the time to forever. You can also add sub-items to items and choose whether to mark items as important. Additionally, you can choose whether to repeat items and customize the interval between repetitions.
