Set it as a duration (for 30 days) or as a moment (until the 1st at 9:00). Once it starts, a Resolve can be extended but never shortened. That is the point. The time you keep adds up. Every hour of every Resolve you see through lands in your Bank of Resolve, and the bank earns trophies, from Bronze at one hundred hours on upward. Give up on a Resolve and its hours are forfeit. The app is honest about what you did. Choose which days count. A weekday-only commitment banks weekday time; the weekend stays yours. A home-screen widget keeps your nearest Resolve in view with a live countdown. And when you see one through, the app celebrates with you, then drafts a card so you can mark the occasion anywhere you like. No account. No tracking. Nothing you write leaves your phone.
