Reference photos are locked to a fixed angle and zoom, so every comparison photo lines up the same way, every time. After cleaning, staff photograph the same rooms, ResetProof compares them against the reference set, and flags anything out of place before a guest ever sees it. Built for hotels, resorts, short-term rental operators, and cleaning companies. WHY OPERATORS USE IT Verification without supervision. Instead of trusting a checkbox, you get photographic proof that each room was reset to your standard — timestamped, with the name of who did it. WHAT YOU CAN DO Set up listings, each with its own rooms and reference photos Assign staff as Managers (whole portfolio) or Reporters (specific listings only) Complete inspections room by room with on-screen guidance Request retakes for flagged issues Track every inspection in a searchable work history ACCOUNTS ResetProof accounts are created by your organization's administrator.
