Do 10 squats first. Turn your bad habits into gains. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE App Lock uses Android's Accessibility Service API to detect when you open an app you chose to lock, so it can show an exercise challenge before that app opens. * What it reads: only the package name of the app in the foreground. While App Lock is turned on it checks this each time you switch apps, including while RepsRPG is closed or not in use. * What it never reads: your screen contents, the text you type, your messages, or your passwords. * How it is used: on your device only, to decide whether to show a challenge. Nothing from this feature is uploaded, shared, or sold. App Lock is entirely optional. Before the service can be enabled, RepsRPG shows a full explanation inside the app that you must accept. You can turn it off at any time in your device's Accessibility settings. The rest of RepsRPG works normally without it. OTHER APP LOCK PERMISSIONS Alongside the Accessibility Service, App Lock also asks for Usage Access and Display Over Other Apps. While App Lock is turned on, RepsRPG uses Usage Access to check which app is in the foreground on a short repeating interval, running alongside the Accessibility Service on every device, including while RepsRPG is closed or not in use. Display Over Other Apps is what shows the exercise challenge. Both checks happen on your device only: no app usage history is kept, and nothing is uploaded, shared, or sold.
