The app allows clients to view and track their existing service requests and complaints. Clients can monitor the status of scheduled services and see updates or comments from the service team. Clients cannot create new service requests directly. All service requests are initiated and managed by the service provider, which refers to the organization or business using the Repos Connected App Ecosystem. Within this ecosystem, service providers create, assign, and manage service requests, while clients use this app to securely track and monitor their requests in real time.
