Automatic tuning happens inside the workout, so there is no separate calibration ritual. Your completed sessions become simple trends for reps, Q, active days, and streaks. YOUR LOCAL LEAGUE Optionally sign in with Apple, choose a nickname and a broad region, and compare weekly Q Scores with real participants. REP GHOST targets are clearly labeled practice benchmarks, not people. REPJOY never asks for precise GPS location.
