Repeak Partner is the race-day operations app for event volunteers, supervisors, and operations teams. Invited crew members can securely sign in using their phone number or work email, access assigned organizations and events, and manage their responsibilities from one focused workspace. KEY FEATURES • View assigned events, shifts, stations, and race-day responsibilities • Check in and check out of shifts with station-location verification • Capture attendance selfies when required by the event organizer • Scan participant QR codes and bib numbers for fast check-in • Search for participants when scanning is unavailable • Verify and distribute race kits, merchandise, and event entitlements • Review attendance requests and exceptions based on assigned permissions • Coordinate event crews, roles, invitations, and assignments • Contact authorized crew members directly when operational support is needed • Receive notifications for invitations, attendance decisions, role changes, and event updates • Continue supported operational actions during temporary connectivity interruptions and sync them when the connection returns Repeak Partner is an invitation-only operational application. Access is provided by participating event organizations. It is not intended for athlete registration or public event booking. Camera access is used for QR and bib scanning and, where required, attendance selfies.
