Rep The Set is a workout timer built around the session. Set up your stations, blocks, and rounds once, press start, and let the phone do the counting: a full-screen dual-ring timer, voice cues, haptics, and a Live Activity on your lock screen so you can put the phone down and train. NEW: RACE SIMULATION Build your race as a list of stations and run it start to finish, the way it happens on race day. Stations are open-ended: you tap when you finish one. Between stations the clock keeps rolling and your transition time is tracked separately. When you cross the line you get your total time, a split for every station, and how much of your race went to transitions. Practice the whole event, not just the pieces.
