Select a maximum comparable distance of 5, 10, 15, or 25 miles and a 90-, 180-, 270-, or 365-day evidence window. Optional address suggestions can calculate comparable distance automatically. RentValue Pro adds automatic property-fact and comparable-evidence retrieval through a monthly or yearly Apple subscription. No separate account is required.
