WE VERIFY THE LANDLORD Identity documents and the right to let are checked by our team before a listing goes live. Listings that have passed carry a seal — and the seal has to be earned, not bought. YOU KNOW YOUR DEPOSIT RIGHTS The landlord pledges a government-backed protection scheme (DPS, mydeposits or TDS) and can show a certificate from a past tenancy. We show you exactly what to demand after you pay, and how to claim between one and three times your deposit back if a landlord fails to protect it. YOU MOVE IN SAFELY The tenancy contract is summarised in plain Vietnamese before you sign anything. WHY NOT A FACEBOOK GROUP? In a group you have no idea who is behind the post, the photos may have been pulled off the internet, and once the deposit changes hands it is gone.
