Remito-Digital is Valbará Solutions S.A.S.'s digital delivery note system. This application is the driver's tool: it displays the delivery notes assigned by the company and allows them to register deliveries instantly, from anywhere. WHAT IT DOES • Displays assigned delivery notes, separated into those in transit and those already delivered, and can be searched by number or recipient. • Opens each delivery note with all the information the driver needs: issuer, recipient, delivery address, vehicle, and a detailed list of items with their quantities. • Takes you to the delivery address with a single tap, using Google Maps or Waze. • Registers the delivery item by item. If what is received does not match what was declared, the discrepancy is noted, including the type (missing, overage, damaged goods, incorrect item, or other), the actual quantity, and a description. • It has two control modes: quick, for when the entire load arrives, and detailed, which requires verifying each item before confirming. • It opens the delivery note PDF and allows you to share or print it from your phone. WORKS OFFLINE Deliveries don't always pass through areas with coverage. The app saves offline deliveries and automatically syncs them when the signal returns. It displays a notification on screen while there are pending deliveries, and if you try to log out with unsynced deliveries, it warns you before they are lost. WHAT IT REQUIRES A driver account created by the transport company through the Remito-Digital portal. It's not an individual application: without a company assigning delivery notes, there's nothing to display. The driver logs in with their ID and the password they set when activating their account. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO The delivery confirmation is signed by the recipient through the web portal, not from this phone. The app displays the signature once registered, but it doesn't capture it. It also doesn't issue or assign delivery notes: that's done through the portal. PERMISSIONS It doesn't request camera access, location services, contacts, or access to your files.
