Relema Técnico is Relema's field application, used by the technical team during service calls to clinical analysis and laboratory clients. WHAT THE APP DOES • Lists the service orders assigned to the technician, with client, address, equipment, and deadline. • Guides the service step-by-step: type of service, equipment serviced, problem found, parts used, and technical report. • Records photos of the equipment before and after the service, directly from the camera or from the phone's gallery. • Collects the signature of the technician and the person responsible at the client, on the screen itself. • Times the travel, service time, and return, so that the service record accurately reflects what happened. • Works for both in-person and remote service calls. TRAVEL RECORD During an ongoing service order, the application records the technician's location to document the travel to the client and the return. This record: • Only happens with the explicit consent of the technician; • Displays a persistent notification while active, so the technician knows that the registration is in progress; • Valid only for technicians on call, never for other users. RESTRICTED USE This application is for internal use by Relema and its technical team. Access requires credentials provided by the company — there is no public registration.
