Store description excerpt

Rehab GO is an app for home therapeutic exercise. It helps you choose a therapeutic exercise program based on your responses, perform the exercises in the correct sequence, and monitor your well-being. The app was developed by a therapeutic exercise instructor and rehabilitation specialist. Rehab GO offers exercises for the back, neck, and joints. Programs are available for: • Neck; • Shoulder; • Thoracic spine; • Lower back; • Hip; • Knee; • Elbow. Choosing a therapeutic exercise program Before starting a program, the user completes a short questionnaire and specifies: • Age; • Body region; • Level of pain or discomfort; • Purpose of the program; • Conditions requiring limited exercise. Based on the responses, the app creates a program of exercises and determines the appropriate exercise regimen: • Gentle; • Moderate; • Active. In cases of severe discomfort or limitations, a more cautious level of exercise is recommended. Gradual Exercise Program The program is divided into a three-day cycle. On the first day, the user begins with a subset of the exercises, on the second day the program is expanded, and on the third day the full program is completed. This approach helps gradually familiarize the user with the exercises and avoid immediately starting with maximum loads. Clear Exercise Execution Each exercise contains: • Name; • Description of the starting position; • Instructions for execution; • Number of repetitions and sets; • Recommendations for safe technique; • Visual animation of the movement. The animations show the starting and ending positions of the body, helping to better understand the exercise technique. Pain and Well-Being Diary Before the session, the user can rate their pain level on a scale of 0 to 10. After completing the session, the app prompts the user to rate: • Pain after completing the exercises; • Change in overall well-being; • Whether pain occurred during the session; • Were you able to complete the entire workout; • Did you experience any alarming symptoms? Additional questions are only asked if necessary. Progress and Exercise History In the "Progress" section, you can view: • Number of completed workouts; • Regularity of workouts; • Average pain level before and after exercises; • Pain trend graph; • Exercise history by date; • Selected body area; • Current exercise regimen; • Reported symptoms and well-being. This helps you monitor your exercise tolerance and maintain regularity at home. PDF Report Your exercise history and well-being indicators can be generated as a PDF file. The report may include: • Observation period; • Number of workouts; • Pain level before and after workouts; • Pain trend graph; • History of completed workouts; • Reported well-being and symptoms. The finished PDF file can be saved to your device or sent directly to a doctor, exercise therapy instructor, or rehabilitation specialist. Additional features • Exercise reminders; • Enable or disable notifications; •
