For corporate and bulk customers, Refuel India allows easy generation of Purchase Orders (POs) for Diesel, Petrol, and Lubricant products. Once a PO is created, the system generates a secure QR code, which can be shared directly with the driver or authorized person via WhatsApp. At the fuel station, the refueller simply scans the QR code, validates the order, dispenses fuel as per the approved quantity, and generates an invoice instantly. Customers can access their ledger balance, transaction history, and detailed statements directly within the app, enabling better financial control and reconciliation.
