From the moment a job is scheduled, through pick-up, drop-off, and completion, you can follow every guest transfer as it happens, from anywhere. Your day opens on a live board. Today's jobs are laid out in order with a countdown to the next pick-up, so you can see at a glance what is starting in ten minutes and what is already under way. Jobs move through scheduled, started, in progress, and completed on their own as the ground team works, and anything urgent is flagged as a priority job. Upcoming trips and hotel stays sit alongside them, so the whole booking stays in view rather than just the next leg. Open any job for the full picture. Pick-up and drop-off points, timings, passenger counts, and guest details sit alongside the assigned driver and tour guide and the travel agent behind the booking. A clear timeline records exactly when the job started, when attendance was taken, when it completed, and when a no-show was reported, so nothing has to be reconstructed after the fact. If staff have not been assigned yet, the job says so plainly instead of leaving you guessing. Attendance is simple to coordinate. Each transfer carries a check-in QR you can share with your guest, so a driver or guide can mark them present in seconds, and staff attendance is recorded alongside it. Browse every job on a day-by-day calendar, filter your full job list by ongoing, scheduled, or completed, and export a trip log to Excel over any date range for reporting and reconciliation. Alerts arrive the moment a job status changes, a transfer starts, attendance is taken, or a no-show is reported, and a rich notification inbox deep-links each one straight to the job it refers to.
