Recoup writes a clear, specific complaint letter from your answers, then shows you exactly who to send it to and what to ask for. PICK WHAT HAPPENED - Charged twice: the same payment left your account more than once - Subscription won't cancel: you cancelled, the charges kept coming - Flight disrupted (EU): a long delay or cancellation on a European flight - Flight cancelled (US): a US flight cancelled or significantly changed - Order never arrived: nothing came, or what came was wrong or broken - Surprise fee: a charge you never agreed to, or a price that changed - Something else: describe it in your own words and Recoup writes the letter around it A LETTER IN YOUR WORDS Recoup asks one question at a time, so you are never staring at a blank page. What comes out is built from what you actually said, not a stock template with your name pasted into it. You read the finished letter, edit anything you want, and send it yourself. Nothing goes anywhere without you. WRITE IN THE RIGHT LANGUAGE The language you read an app in and the language you write to a support desk in are two different things. Recoup asks which one the letter should go out in and remembers your answer for next time. Letters can be written in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, or French. DON'T LOSE TRACK OF IT Most people send one complaint and then forget it exists. Recoup keeps every claim in one place: when you sent it, what the company said back, whether it is still waiting, ready to escalate, or settled.
