ReciDex is a receipt scanner and receipt organiser for anyone who spends their own money for work and has to account for it later. Scan a receipt, and it is filed. Search it months later by merchant, amount or date. Export the lot to CSV or PDF when your accountant, your employer or the tax office asks. SCAN A RECEIPT IN SECONDS Point the camera at the paper. The merchant, date, total and tax are read off the receipt and filled in for you, and every field stays editable. Prefer to type? Manual entry is always there. AN OFFLINE RECEIPT SCANNER Receipt capture does not wait for a network. Receipts are saved on the device the moment you take them and finish processing when the connection comes back. Standing in a car park with one bar is exactly when you scan a receipt, so that is the case this app is built for. SEARCH YOUR RECEIPTS Every receipt is searchable by merchant name, amount, note and category, and filterable by date range. The original receipt photo stays attached, so you always have the proof and not just the number. EXPORT FOR TAX AND EXPENSES Export receipts as CSV for a spreadsheet or bookkeeping tool, or as a PDF receipt pack with the images embedded. Nothing is locked in. ONE ACCOUNT, ELEVEN APPS ReciDex is part of Billfold. One sign-in works across every Billfold app, so if you later need tax categories, invoicing, mileage or team claims, your receipts and your account move with you. ACCESSIBLE AND MULTILINGUAL TalkBack support, large touch targets, and layouts that hold up at the biggest system font size. English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, with full right-to-left support. YOUR DATA Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter for one purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is available if you would rather no image leaves your phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything. Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited.
