You can follow a phase-based physio plan, choose exercises from the ACL rehab catalogue, view clear exercise guidance, and log what you complete. Daily check-ins help you track the things that matter: pain, swelling, stiffness, confidence, notes and range of motion. Rebound turns those logs into useful recovery insights, helping you spot patterns such as rising pain, improving swelling, better confidence or changes in knee flexion and extension. Your home screen keeps the important information visible: today's physio, daily readiness, weekly consistency, recovery insights and progress markers.
