Realty Deal Checker is a working tool for practicing real estate agents. It holds the properties currently in play, runs the arithmetic every deal needs, and keeps a document checklist so nothing goes missing between the first showing and the signing table. Everything you create lives on your device first. Properties, clients, quotes, checklists and stage history are local records, and every screen renders instantly from local data — with or without a network connection.
