THE PROPERTY RECORD, ALREADY PULLED — Ownership and deed recording with book and page, last recorded sale, assessed value and the full year's tax detail, beds, baths, square footage, year built — and a parcel map with measured lot lines. BUILT FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE — RealPact works from New Hampshire Association of REALTORS and NHREC paperwork, backed by the state's property records. It is not a national app wearing a local coat. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED — RealPact is used by brokerages. You will need an invitation from your Principal Broker to sign in. Brokerages are billed directly — nothing is sold inside the app.
