IMPORTANT. The use of this application requires access codes that will be delivered to the Cardiology service of the Arnau de Vilanova Hospital in Valencia. The RC App aims to help the user for the prevention and cardiac rehabilitation after suffering an Acute Coronary Syndrome. RC allows patients to see their activity agenda and their updated self-care plan on their mobile at all times, facilitating communication between the patient and healthcare professionals through a safe and private environment. The main functionalities offered by RC are: SCHEDULE. In daily and monthly format, it warns of scheduled tasks and allows you to register your activity (medication takings, training phases, controls, biomedidas, appointments, etc.). TREATMENT: RC is a tool to help manage your pharmacological treatment, allowing you to plan and validate the takings of drugs at all times. From the application you can also add other drugs and treatments. It contains information, photographs, prospects and recommendations about the pharmacological treatment, as well as precautions to be taken and information about possible interactions. AUTOCONTROL This module allows the patient to carry out periodic monitoring of the main variables of follow-up after the ACS, such as diet, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, exercise, smoking, evolution of their analytics, etc. It also includes records of questionnaires prescribed remotely by the medical team. Patients have the integrated application with a heart rate monitor via Bluetooth connection for automatic control of heart rate during the training phases. COMMUNICATIONS The patient and the professional have a powerful internal message module to improve bidirectional communication for remote monitoring and follow-up. All the information that is entered into the application is registered in a cloud space called "personal folder", hosted on secure servers and accessible via the web both by the user-patient-as well as by their professional or authorized doctor. This folder allows to evaluate the evolution over time and share it as a record of the patient's self-monitoring history.
