RBS LINK is a dedicated Android app for operating our hardware, "Robosenka RBS-01W RBS-01MW" (Bluetooth Low Energy compatible weight measurement and sorting device). Simply connect your device via Bluetooth to perform measurement, sorting, and statistical management centrally on your smartphone. [Main Features] ■ BLE Connection Simply power on the device, launch the RBS LINK app, and tap the "BLE Connection" button to automatically detect and connect to the RBS-01W. It operates in full screen as a dedicated app without an address bar. ■ Real-time Weight Display Displays the RBS-01W's measured values in real time, in 0.1g increments. Automatic sorting is performed upon stable detection. ■ 4-Directional Automatic Sorting Divides weight ranges into five thresholds and automatically sorts in four directions: left front/right front/right rear/left rear. Ideal for sorting SS/M/L/2L sizes. ■ Standard Set (Mode 1-6) Switching Six threshold presets can be saved. Switchable per product or lot. Settings are retained even when the power is turned off. ■ One-Sided Mode Supports a space-saving mode that distributes in four directions using only the left or right half. ■ Weight Calibration Sensor accuracy can be easily maintained with single-point calibration using a 100g weight. ■ Statistical Management Cumulative weight and quantity during work are displayed by direction. Productivity can be grasped at a glance. ■ CSV Export Statistical data can be saved as a CSV file in the terminal's "Download" folder. It can be used for work log management, report creation, and data analysis. ■ Offline Operation BLE communication is completed between the terminal and the RBS-01W, so it works without problems even in factories or warehouses without internet access. ■ Sound Function During Sorting Ten different sound effects can be set during operation. Users can set and select their own voice. Character voices are introduced for each standard. ■ Operation Report (Graph) Visualizes production volume by operating time and number of days. ■ Multiple Unit Management Function When multiple units are installed, the device name can be changed individually, allowing multiple units to be managed from a single terminal. 【Operating Environment】 - Android 6.0 or later - Bluetooth must be ON - Our hardware "RBS-01W" unit is required. 【Caution】 This application is for RBS-01W only.
