We structure the workouts and plans around getting health opposed to getting skinny and work as a team to smash our goals. First 7 days are completely free so get involved and take your training to that Spartan level you deserve. Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
