Razorbill is the staff helpdesk for ShedCloud. Work tickets for ERP, Threed, and Capital from your phone — same desk as the web, built for people who answer. This app is for invited staff only. Customers do not sign in here. They file from the ShedCloud Help & Support drawer, by email, or through the integration API. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Inbox — My desk, my companies, you, unassigned, and urgent. Open a thread and reply from the composer. • Board — Status columns, including Delete (soft). Restore brings a ticket back to Open. • Tables — Newest tickets first. Pull to refresh or tap Refresh. Search and filter the queue. • Ticket inspector — Assign, follow, change status, merge (type-ahead), and add notes. • Files — Photos and videos on the ticket. Image thumbs in the thread. Internal files stay staff-only. • Push — Get notified when a new ticket arrives (owners and agents with inbox and push on). • English and Spanish — Switch language in the app. Light or dark theme, cream and ink, not the system default. WHO IT IS FOR Owners, agents, and viewers on the Razorbill Support desk. Pending accounts wait for an owner. Disabled accounts cannot use the app. SIGN IN Use the email you were invited with. There is no public registration. Razorbill is a ShedCloud product. The 3D configurator is Threed. This app is the staff desk, not the ERP and not a customer portal.
