Store description excerpt
Rayita is a private journal for people who inject at home: what is in each vial, what is left in it, when it expires, what you injected, when and where. No account, no server, and nothing leaves your iPhone unless you ask. Rayita never suggests a dose. You enter the dose you and your prescriber decided on, and Rayita converts it into marks on your syringe — a unit conversion, with the arithmetic printed inside the app. There are no recommended doses, no ranges, no titration schedules and no protocols anywhere in it. — PRIVACY — No account. No server. The app makes no network requests of its own: no analytics, no telemetry, no third-party code. Your records live on your iPhone. If you want a backup, one switch copies them into your own private iCloud, which I cannot read. — THE LOG — • Log a dose in seconds: vial, dose, units, date, site, note. Backdating is normal — the vial and charts rebuild themselves. • A week strip: what is logged, what is due, what was never logged — without a score. Missing a day is a fact here, not a failure. • Injection sites with rest days, and the longest-rested one suggested. — VIALS THAT COUNT DOWN — • Every dose you log comes off the vial, and what is left is recalculated from your log each time you look — so correcting last week's entry corrects the vial too. • Doses left, days to expiry, and a red card once a vial is past its date. — UNITS TO DRAW (FREE, UNLIMITED) — • Enter what is in the vial and the dose you are taking; read the units to draw, over a drawn syringe scale. • Three modes: reconstitution (powder plus solvent), a premixed solution, and oil-based solutions. • Two scales, three barrels each: U-100 holds 100 units per mL and U-40 holds 40, and both come as 1 mL, 0.5 mL and 0.3 mL. Changing barrel decides whether the volume fits; changing scale changes the number, by 2.5 times. • Rounded to the nearest half unit only where the barrel has marks. Whenever the number shown is not exact, Rayita says so and tells you the dose those units actually deliver. • Warnings that never replace the answer: won't fit this syringe, more than the vial holds, under one unit. • The whole arithmetic is printed in the app, with a worked example, under Settings → Sources & methodology. — SCHEDULES THAT REMEMBER — Change a dose from a date and Rayita opens a new period instead of overwriting the old one, so what you were taking in June still reads correctly in December. Optional reminders for scheduled doses. — YOUR NUMBERS — • Weight with a goal, waist, sleep, mood and energy — with Apple Health if you want it, read and written on your device only. • An estimated level: how much of a substance has not yet cleared, from your own doses and a published half-life. The app names that model's assumptions on screen — a simplification, not a blood test. • Half-life values ship only where a published human source states one, quoted word for word with a link. — TAKE IT WITH YOU — Four CSV tables,
