Store description excerpt
Banana stems fruit once. Mark a follower as the next bearing stem, retire the mother, and keep a generation chain on each backyard Musa stool. • Log each Musa stool: name the mat, yard site, cultivar, and the bearing sucker so the roster is a clump ledger, not a pot list. • Promote a ratoon: choose a sword sucker, retire the spent mother, and raise the generation index on that stool. • Step phenology: mark vegetative, shooting, bunching, cut, senesce, or ratoon so leaf work and harvest sit on the plant. • Open the cultivar field guide: stature, peel, climate band, and dessert versus cooking use — appearance and climate only. • Tick yard work per stool: wind stake, soak, mulch ring, and cold-snap tasks with local done flags. Works fully offline. Stools, suckers, stage-change dates, care ticks, and bunch cuts save as on-device JSON. Cultivar cards, phenology stages, and care tasks ship inside the app. No account and no remote sync. • Record each cut bunch: date, estimated weight in kg or lb, cultivar name, and shed notes so seasons compare without a diet log. A backyard Musa ledger for the one-fruit-then-follower loop — not a houseplant watering diary.
