RangeShift is the staff app for your driving range. Everything your team needs to run a shift and everything you need to run the team, in one place. FOR STAFF • See your shifts and what's coming up with the weather across each one • Clock in and out with a tap, confirmed by GPS at the range • Can't make a shift? Offer it to a colleague, or release it for anyone to claim • Pick up open shifts from the board • Tasks, faults and closing checklists with photos where they're needed • Set when you can't work, and request time off • Claim expenses with a photo of the receipt • Check your hours and read your payslips FOR MANAGERS • Build the rota as a draft, then publish it, staff are only told once it's real • Save standard shifts and whole-week patterns, and reuse them • Approve hours, amend clock-ins with a reason, and see it all in an audit trail • Approve time off and expense claims • See who's on now, who's doing what, and what's still open • Build your own checklists with no developer needed • Log events and bookings, so the team knows the party's coming • Set the range's location, auto-approve and clock rounding RangeShift is used by staff at a driving range. You'll need an account from your employer and a company code to sign in.
