One tap and you get three unique loop routes heading in different directions from your start point. Pick the one that catches your eye, or hit regenerate and keep exploring. Run with turn-by-turn guidance Follow the route with step-by-step navigation. Your next turn shows up on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island via Live Activity — distance to the turn, elapsed time, pace, all without unlocking your phone. Eyes up, feet moving. Personalized for your pace Connect HealthKit and duration mode calculates a route based on how fast you actually run. Totally optional — we never see or store your health data.
