Rallio Coach is your padel coaching business in your pocket. It is built for one moment: you are standing on a court with a few minutes before the next lesson, and something needs an answer. A player is waiting on a request. A class has someone on the waitlist. Yesterday's cash lesson is still unpaid. Rallio Coach opens on exactly that — not on a menu. ONE QUEUE, IN THE ORDER THAT COSTS YOU MONEY Home ranks everything that needs you into a single list: pending lesson requests, seats asked for in your classes, unread messages, reviews you haven't answered, and days in the next week where you haven't published any hours. Deadline first, then money, then who has waited longest. A forty-item queue takes exactly as much space as a two-item one, so nothing you rely on ever moves down the page. TODAY, AS IT ACTUALLY RUNS See who is on court right now with time remaining and payment state, what is up next, when your day closes, and where you have to travel between venues. Finished lessons fold away. The day's money is one honest line: what landed, then what hasn't. RUN THE SESSION IN FRONT OF YOU Mark attendance, promote from the waitlist, invite a player into a class, write session notes and recommendations, message the group, and complete the session — all from the sheet, without losing your place in the day. PUBLISH YOUR HOURS, ACROSS EVERY ARENA Set a weekly schedule per venue with date overrides for the weeks that don't look like the others. Coach at three arenas and each one keeps its own week. Sync everything to your own calendar with a private ICS link. CASH IS A FIRST-CLASS PAYMENT PATH Coaches get paid off-platform constantly. Unpaid reservations are shown distinctly and "Mark as paid" settles them in one tap, so a cash lesson never quietly disappears. CLIENTS YOU ACTUALLY REMEMBER Open a client before you greet them: their history with you, their notes, their packages and what they have left. Sell and redeem lesson packages without a spreadsheet. EARNINGS AND BILLING See what you earned this week or this month, sessions run, how much of your published time was filled, and how much idle sat between lessons. Everything you do in this app is the same account as Rallio Coach Studio on the web — one business, two surfaces. Rallio Coach is for coaches only. Players have their own Rallio app, and arenas have theirs. A Rallio coach account is required.
