With the app, the parent initiates an active search when they are on their way to school. During this time, the school can track their approach, check the estimated time of arrival, and prepare for the student's release in a more organized way. Rakhi's goal is to reduce queues, avoid last-minute calls, and make school pick-up a calmer experience for families, students, and school staff. Key features: • Notification that the parent is on their way • Estimated time of arrival at school • Location sharing during the active search • Identification of the authorized parent • Support for the organization of the school gate and staff • End of the search when the pick-up is complete Location usage: Rakhi uses the device's location during an active search, including in the background when permitted, to inform the school that the parent is approaching and to estimate the time of arrival. Location data is only collected during a user-initiated search and stops when the search is completed. Privacy and security: Rakhi does not sell personal data and does not use data for advertising. Information is used to enable app functionality, account management, identification of authorized links, and service stability diagnosis. The app was created to support a safer, more organized, and predictable school routine.
