Rakeez is the employee app for companies that run their HR on the Rakeez platform. It puts attendance, leave, pay and documents in your pocket, in Arabic or English, light or dark. You need an account created by your employer to sign in. Rakeez is not a public service you can register for yourself — if your company does not use Rakeez, the app has nothing to show you. WHAT YOU CAN DO Attendance • Check in and check out from your phone. Each punch carries a photo and the location it was made at, shown on a map, so arrival and leaving are recorded separately and clearly. • See your own attendance history, including night shifts that cross midnight. • If HR flags one of your records for review, you see the reason they gave. Leave • See your leave balances, by leave type. • Request leave from a calendar and withdraw a request that is still pending. • Follow a request through approval or rejection. Pay • See your recorded net salary, this month's deductions with the reason for each, and what is payable. Figures are exactly what your employer recorded — the app displays them, it never calculates them. Documents • Upload your own documents — contracts, IDs, certificates — and see whether HR approved or rejected each one, with the reason for a rejection. Profile • Request a change to your own details. HR approves it before anything moves, so your record is never silently edited. Announcements and notifications • Read company announcements, and get notified about approvals, rejections and documents that are about to expire, with an unread count. ARABIC AND ENGLISH The whole app is bilingual, right-to-left in Arabic. Your language belongs to your account and follows you to any device; the light or dark theme belongs to the handset. WHY THE APP ASKS FOR PERMISSIONS • Location — read only at the moment you check in or out, so the punch can be placed on a map for your employer. The app does not track you in the background. • Camera and photos — to take the photo attached to a punch, and to attach documents you choose to upload. PRIVACY Rakeez sends your data only to your employer's Rakeez server, over HTTPS. Nothing is shared with advertisers or analytics providers, and the app contains no ads and no tracking SDKs.
