The climb happens division by division, and every promotion changes the size of the challenge: more money comes in, better opponents arrive and the board starts expecting more of you. BUILD YOUR SQUAD Go to the market, negotiate signings and try to hold on to your best players when other clubs come knocking. Bring talent through the academy and send your scout after what you are missing. Every player has a role, a ceiling and a career that carries on season after season, helping you build club legends. DECIDE. THEN WATCH. Pick the formation, the style of play and your starting eleven. Once the ball is rolling, follow it all minute by minute: commentary, statistics and individual performances. And when the plan is not working, change the team before it is too late. THE WORLD DOES NOT WAIT FOR YOU While you look after your club, the rest of football carries on. League, national cup, continental tournaments and the Club World Cup share the same calendar. Other clubs sign, sell, rise, fall, spring surprises and win trophies — with or without you.
