Rafanest – the management app for your whole clinic, not just one person. A clinic is not run by one pair of hands. The app has two kinds of user, each with a separate login and their own permissions: • Practitioner – full access: calendar, patients, medical records, accounting and clinic settings. • Appointment coordinator – manages the calendar, books and reschedules appointments, handles patient contact details, inquiries and payments. No access to medical records or clinical notes. The clinic owner invites staff by email and can remove access at any time. What's in the app: • Calendar – view appointments by day and week, with busy-day indicators. • Confirm appointments – a "pending confirmation" inbox with one-tap approval. • Manage appointments – create, reschedule, cancel, mark completed or no-show. • Patients – search, contact details, treatment cards, payments and invoices. • Medical records – SOAP notes, and session recording with automatic transcription and summary (practitioners only). • Clinic management – appointment types, locations, hours, treatment cards and accounting. • Public website – edit content, design, logo and image gallery. • AI booking assistant and marketing campaigns. • App lock with Face ID / fingerprint to protect patient health information. • One-tap call and SMS to patients. This app is for clinics running on the Rafanest platform (rafanest.com). Requires signing in with an existing account — practitioner or appointment coordinator.
