A radio at the service of the population, bringing good music and information with credibility. At 5:00 pm on March 30, 1978, on Avenida Rio Grande do Sul, Rádio Rural de Fraiburgo, an AM broadcasting station, entered “on the Air” definitively. With the presence of directors, employees and local leaders. At the time, there were four direct employees and other indirect employees. Rádio Rural de Fraiburgo changed the daily life of the population, who could listen to the station in their city. The Radio was tuned to Frequency 1,450 KHZ. Its founding partners were: Roberto Rogério do Amaral, Ilse Machado Amaral, Willy Egon Frey and Rene Carlos Frey. In 1986, the station changed its name to Rádio Fraiburgo Ltda. Since 30 years after its foundation, it moved to its own headquarters, the work was completed in 1998 at Avenida Sete de Setembro, 109 – Centro and started to operate at Frequency 710 KHZ. In 2017, when it completed 39 years of existence, Rádio Fraiburgo starts to operate in Modulated Frequency, at Frequency of 95.1, in which it underwent the Migration process. Bringing with this to your dear listeners a programming with higher audio quality. In the following year, the station lost its majority partner to Mrs Evanilda Stefanes Frey, Chief Executive Officer, who died. In 2019, the Frey family decided to sell the station they had been a part of since its foundation.
