We pass the village of Coltano, Pisa, a place that saw the birth of radio. At the beginning of '900 Guglielmo Marconi built here the first radio station in Italy and one of the first in the world. In the twenties was named Radio Coltano and became the most powerful in Europe and from there passed through all the connections between Italy and ships sailing in the Americas seas to those of China, active until the end of 1945.
