MERIDIAN answers the question a risk professional faces every morning: this breach, this rate decision, this sanction list, this supplier failure — what do they mean for us, together? Most tools treat risk one discipline at a time. MERIDIAN treats the domains as a coupled system and walks the intelligence cycle end to end. COLLECTION — The Signal Ledger Log what happened out there: rate decisions, breach disclosures, spread moves, sanctions, supplier and concentration events. Each signal is typed, dated, weighted and tagged to the domains it touches. Anything significant and adverse inside 48 hours raises your watch condition on its own, then decays out of it; a favorable development is recorded and does not. ANALYSIS — The Transmission Circuit Seven domains drawn as a circuit: cyber, liquidity, credit, market, operational, reputational, strategic. Inject a shock at any node and watch it travel, direct or through an intermediary, along the couplings you set. Edit any coupling and the model changes, because the matrix is the model, not a picture of one. ESTIMATE — Fusion scenarios Correlation-aware simulation across all seven domains at once, with Monte Carlo, Latin Hypercube or quasi-random sampling. Read the loss exceedance curve, expected shortfall (CVaR95), and which domain owns your tail — often not the one that owns your average. Solve the inverse question too: how much worse would things have to get before your loss budget fails at even odds, overall and for each domain acting alone. WARNING — The Watch Board Arm indicator thresholds you decided in advance. The watch condition is computed from breaches and signals, never from a feeling, and the score behind it is shown. Each indicator shows its distance from the line and which way it is moving. It reaches your home screen, lock screen and Control Center. BRIEFING — The Daily Estimate A one-page brief in calibrated estimative language — remote, unlikely, roughly even odds, likely — with method, seed and run count quoted, so any reader can reproduce it rather than take your word. RESPONSE — The playbook What gets done at each watch condition, who owns it, and whether it has been rehearsed. Decided while the board is quiet, so under pressure you execute rather than deliberate. HONEST PRIORS State only what you know. Three percentiles if you have them; a range or a mean if that is all you have. MERIDIAN fits the least-presumptuous distribution consistent with exactly that — and shows you what it will actually sample, including where the fit cannot match everything you typed. A tool that demands three precise numbers from someone who has one honest number invents the other two. BUILT TO BE CHECKED Every run is reproducible from its seed. The app reports when the correlation matrix had to be repaired, when a coupling is clipped by its cap, and how far a stressed regime moves the numbers you entered.
