Professionals report exposure percentiles, injury rates and carbon totals as single confident numbers. Almost none of those numbers deserve the confidence. AEGIS is the instrument that computes what your data actually supports - the statistic and its honest uncertainty, side by side. AEGIS measures nothing. Every figure is computed from data your calibrated instruments and accredited laboratories already produced. It makes no compliance determination; it supports professional judgment, and it says so on every screen where the difference matters. EXPOSURE Similar-exposure groups holding your sampling results. The full lognormal layer: GM, GSD, exceedance fraction, the 95th percentile - and the upper tolerance limit on it, the honest version of "the number," carrying the penalty for small sample counts. The hero screen is the Bayesian posterior over the AIHA exposure categories: not "you are in category 2" but how sure the data lets anyone be. A sanity check flags spreads too wide to be one exposure population - the mistake that quietly ruins exposure statistics. Plus a task-decomposition TWA builder, noise dose from entered dosimetry (OSHA or NIOSH exchange rates), and extended-shift OEL adjustment. RATES TRIR and incident rates with exact Poisson confidence intervals - which effectively nobody reports - and the question that matters: is the change real? Enter two periods and AEGIS runs an exact two-rate test. "Your rate moved from 3.1 to 2.4, but at these hours that is indistinguishable from chance. Do not present it as a trend." That sentence has saved better safety programs than most dashboards. GROUPS The site at a glance: every group's exposure as % of OEL in one heatmap, a Pareto of where the exposure burden actually sits, and between-worker ANOVA that catches the group mean lying - one worker living at triple the exposure inside a "fine" average, with a plain instruction: split this group. PLAN What the next samples buy: how far each additional sample pulls the tolerance limit down, priced per sample. And the control ladder: every candidate control carries an effectiveness range, not a vendor promise, and AEGIS shows the residual exposure distribution each one buys - ranked by probability points per dollar. RISK The EPA intake paradigm, Monte Carlo throughout: concentration to dose to hazard quotient or screening cancer risk, every input a range, every output an interval against the screening lines. Toxicity values are yours to enter - AEGIS ships no database and endorses none. CARBON Scope 1 and 2 from activity data and emission factors - both as ranges, with data-quality tiers. The total arrives as a live streaming distribution that sharpens as trials accumulate, because "we emitted 142 tonnes" is a distribution wearing a point estimate.
