Main modules included: - Housing Record: Characterization of the physical environment, public services, basic sanitation, and living conditions of each home visited. - Family Record: Recording of family composition, internal dynamics, collective risks, and monitoring of the family file according to primary healthcare guidelines. - Individual Record: Individual capture of sociodemographic data, medical history, risk factors, and health promotion and prevention activities for each family member. Georeferencing: Automatic GPS tagging of each record for geospatial analysis of health within the micro-territory.
