With QuickShuttle, passengers can: • Search available shuttle routes by pickup point, drop-off point, and travel date. • View schedules, fares, seat availability, pickup points, and drop-off points. • Select seats and book shuttle tickets. • Complete ticket payments through PhonePe. • Access confirmed bookings and QR tickets from the app. • Receive booking, trip, cancellation, and refund-status notifications. • View live shuttle location for supported active trips. • Manage profile details, booking history, support requests, and account deletion. Location access is optional and is requested only while using location-based features, such as detecting the pickup city or viewing your position on the live trip map. Passengers can search routes manually without enabling location access. QuickShuttle is intended for passenger bookings and real-world shuttle transportation services.
