QuickConto Mobile Manager is the central app for configuring, administering, and controlling your restaurant’s QuickConto Mobile system. Installed on the main device, it manages the database and makes information available to connected workstations, such as waiter terminals, kitchen display systems, and other operational devices. From a single app, you can organize the menu, manage customers and reservations, configure staff, monitor inventory, set up printers, and view business statistics. MENU AND ITEM MANAGEMENT Create, edit, and organize your restaurant menu. You can manage: • items and products; • categories and departments; • selling prices; • descriptions; • modifiers, additions, and exclusions; • item availability; • menu ordering; • printer and preparation-area assignments. Changes are made available to connected QuickConto Mobile workstations. CUSTOMERS AND RESERVATIONS Store customer information and organize restaurant reservations. For each reservation, you can enter: • customer name; • contact details; • date and time; • number of guests; • table or dining area; • notes and special requests; • reservation status. This helps you monitor expected arrivals and prepare the dining area in advance. WAITERS, COOKS, AND OPERATORS Create and edit the operators authorized to use the system. You can manage waiters, cooks, and other staff members, assigning the settings and permissions available for each role. DEVICE MANAGEMENT Configure tablets and smartphones connected to QuickConto Mobile. Each device can be set up as: • waiter terminal; • kitchen display system; • information workstation; • device assigned to a specific department; • operational restaurant workstation. QuickConto Mobile Manager centralizes the settings required for the correct operation of all connected workstations. PRINTER CONFIGURATION Configure the printers used in the different areas of the restaurant and assign items, categories, or preparations to the correct destination. You can manage printers for: • kitchen; • pizzeria; • bar; • preparation areas; • order tickets; • pre-bills. This ensures that each order is sent to the destination defined in the restaurant configuration. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Organize products and monitor available quantities. You can update inventory information, check availability, and manage the data used during daily operations. STATISTICS AND MONITORING View the data recorded by the system and monitor restaurant performance. Depending on the available features, you can analyze: • sales and revenue; • ordered items; • tables and guests; • operator activity; • working periods; • product performance. Statistics help you better understand your business and make more informed decisions. THE CENTER OF THE QUICKCONTO SYSTEM QuickConto Mobile Manager stores and manages the restaurant’s main database.
