QuFit connects you with a real coach and turns their plan into something you can follow every day — your training, your meals and your progress, in one app. FIND A TRAINER Browse trainers, see the services they offer and what they charge, and send a coaching request in a few taps. A PLAN WRITTEN FOR YOU Your trainer builds the program day by day — exercises, sets, reps and weights. Nothing here is generated or generic. A person wrote it, for your goal. LOG THE WORK AS YOU DO IT Start a session and tick off each set as you finish it. A Live Activity keeps the current exercise on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you are not unlocking your phone between sets. NUTRITION WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK Meals planned by your coach, calories counted as you log them, and a daily target you can actually hit. PROGRESS YOUR COACH CAN SEE Weight, photos and measurements — requested by your trainer and tracked across the whole course, so the plan can change based on what is actually happening. A COMMUNITY THAT TRAINS Posts and reels from the trainers you follow: form tips, sessions and results. BUILT PROPERLY • Arabic and English — the entire interface mirrors right-to-left, including icons and navigation, not just the text • Light and dark themes, each designed and contrast-checked on its own • Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address • Delete your account from inside the app, whenever you want HOW PAYMENT WORKS QuFit is free to download and has no in-app purchases. Course fees are agreed with your trainer and paid in cash, directly to them. Your trainer confirms the payment in their app, and your course starts the moment they do. WORTH KNOWING Training and nutrition plans are written by a trainer, so you will need to request a course from one before you have a program of your own.
