Quantz Tuner is a music visualization tuning app. It combines real-time pitch detection with 5 unique visualization tools, creating a completely new way to see sound. Its powerful pitch detection algorithm is sensitive enough to record minute fluctuations in vibrato and pitch. Quantz tuner even records your pitch visualizations, allowing you to review your pitch and vibrato information. www.quantztuner.com TUNING CIRCLE shows your pitch in real-time as a responsive circle. When the circle is perfectly round, your pitch is in tune. It is very easy to use with young players. This tool is also sensitive enough to show the speed and pitch fluctuations of your vibrato. PITCH LINE is sensitive enough to detect your vibrato’s speed, depth, and regularity throughout your instrument or vocal range. It records your pitch in real time on a graph so that you can look back at your pitch and vibrato history. You can even use this tool to learn to play quartertones and microtones. NOTE BAR works similarly to Pitch Line, except that pitch is represented by a bar instead of by a dynamic line. Note Bar is best used to examine pitch and rhythm issues with beginning players. COLOR FIFTHS shows the color wheel superimposed upon the circle of fifths. When you play a given note the appropriate circle will respond by growing. When you stop playing that note the circle shrinks. The natural relationship of tonality and color is exposed and you can observe the color palates and patterns of different types of scales. PITCH TENDENCIES shows your pitch tendencies accumulated over time. Leave it on while playing for several minutes or an entire piece and observe your tendency to be flat or sharp on any given note.
