Store description excerpt

QOPAX Driver — the app for drivers on the QOPAX logistics platform. With QOPAX Driver, you manage your shift, accept orders, and document deliveries directly from your smartphone. KEY FEATURES • Shift on/off at the touch of a button — your dispatcher can see who is available in real time. • Live tracking during your active shift, so orders in your vicinity can be automatically assigned. • Order details with all stops, notes, and customer information at a glance. • Navigation with your favorite map app (Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze) — you choose the route. • Easily document deliveries: photo, signature, or scan as proof of delivery (POD). • Report incidents directly (damage, delay, customer contact). • Push notifications for new orders and status changes. • Multilingual: German and English. WHO IS THE APP FOR? QOPAX Driver is a closed B2B app. You need an invitation from your dispatcher/logistics company to log in. Both freelance and salaried drivers use the same app—roles and permissions are assigned by your tenant. DATA PROTECTION & BACKGROUND TRACKING During your shift, the app transmits your location to the QOPAX platform so that jobs in your vicinity can be assigned to you. Tracking stops immediately when you finish your shift. No location data is collected outside of shifts. CONTACT & SUPPORT Driver support is provided directly by your dispatcher or logistics company. For general inquiries, please contact support@qopax.ai.
