Qedra is a step-by-step mathematics solver for university coursework, built on a computer algebra system that runs entirely on your device. WORKING YOU CAN HAND IN Every line of a derivation names the rule it applied — u-substitution, integration by parts, the power rule, Gauss-Jordan elimination — so the page reads like the working a course actually grades, not a black box that prints an answer. EXACT, NOT ROUNDED The engine is built on arbitrary-precision integers and exact fractions. A determinant comes back as -2, never as -2.0000000000000004. A radical stays a radical until you ask for a decimal. IT CHECKS ITS OWN DERIVATIONS Where supported, derivatives are checked numerically. Roots are substituted in. Antiderivatives are differentiated and compared. A derivation carries its verdict: verified, verified up to a constant, or — when the check genuinely cannot run, at a branch cut or a singularity — the named reason it could not. IT WOULD RATHER SAY LESS THAN SAY SOMETHING FALSE Ask most solvers to simplify the square root of x squared and they answer x. That is only true when x is not negative, and Qedra will not write it. Squaring both sides of a radical equation can add roots, so every candidate is substituted back into the original and the ones that fail are discarded, in front of you. An antiderivative that crosses a pole says so rather than pretending one constant covers both sides. IT REFUSES HONESTLY When something is out of range, Qedra says what it tried and why it stopped. It never invents a plausible answer, and it never silently gives up. WHAT IT SOLVES - Precalculus, algebra, equations and inequalities - Calculus I-III: limits, derivatives, integrals, partial derivatives, multiple integrals, vector calculus, and sums with closed forms - Linear algebra: determinants, inverses, row reduction, rank, eigenvalues — exact throughout - Discrete mathematics: primes, factorisation, gcd, modular arithmetic, combinatorics - Probability and statistics, complex arithmetic IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE The explanations are translated, not only the interface. A derivation reads as mathematical prose in your language, with the terminology a lecturer would use — and the notation stays notation, left to right, in every script. INPUT THAT READS BACK A seven-page mathematics keyboard types real notation, and a live "read as" strip shows how your input was understood before you commit to it — so you can see that 1/2x was read the way you meant it. Decimal point or decimal comma, whichever your region uses. LaTeX in and LaTeX out.
