PW RFID Core is the RFID traceability system used by Airbnb managers, hotels, and industrial laundries to control linens piece by piece. This application is the field reading tool: it connects to RFID readers and records entries, exits, and inventories directly from the operation. WHAT THE APP DOES Connects to RFID readers via Bluetooth and USB Reads dozens of items at once — without counting item by item Records the entry and exit of linens, with date and time Inventory the stock and shows instantly how many items are missing Audible feedback with each reading — the operator works without looking at the screen all the time REAL RESULTS Counting that used to take all afternoon completed in about 20 minutes Reduced from 2 employees to 1 in daily counting 3,000 item movements per day tracked with a single booth Damage claims passed on to third parties, with proof of date, time and building HOW IT WORKS The item receives an RFID tag, only once. It passes through the reader or booth on exit and return. You consult the system and know where each item is.
