Shared goals everyone can see, a bit of friendly competition, and step challenges that get colleagues out walking. STEP CHALLENGES FOR CORPORATE WELLNESS Your workplace sets up a challenge. You join the ones you like, and your daily steps turn into a leaderboard you share with everyone else taking part. • Walk for yourself or for your team • Cheer each other on and watch the numbers go up • Step reporting stays off until you switch it on, and you do that per challenge YOUR STEPS AND HEALTH CONNECT PushAppy reads your steps from Health Connect, and only for this: • Your daily step total, that's what counts towards the challenge • Reporting steps retroactively, so you don't lose out by joining late or being offline for a few days • Reporting steps in the background, so the leaderboard everyone shares stays current without you having to keep opening the app That's all of it. Just as important is how we handle the data: • Only daily totals are read, never individual step records • Your steps show up for the other people in your challenge and nowhere else. Nothing is public • They have nothing to do with sales results, targets, pay, or anything about your job Before Android asks for permission, a screen explains exactly what gets read and why. Switch step reporting off, or revoke the access in Health Connect, and no new steps are collected. Steps already shared stay in the challenge until you delete them.
