HOW IT WORKS Choose the distracting apps you want to restrict Choose push-ups or squats before each session Earn minutes with on-device camera-based rep counting Use those minutes across your selected apps When the wallet runs out, those apps are blocked again FEATURES Restrict selected apps with Screen Time Count push-up and squat reps with on-device camera-based pose detection Share earned time across one daily wallet See stats, streaks, and achievements as you build healthier screen habits Adjust minutes earned per rep from Settings SUBSCRIPTION The full blocking and unlock flow requires an auto-renewable subscription. Blocking selected apps, earning minutes with exercise reps, and spending those minutes from the shared wallet require an in-app subscription. Available plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Prices vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. PRIVACY The camera is used only during workout sessions to count exercise reps on device. Screen Time permission is used to let you select and restrict distracting apps.
